There are so many innovations that are happening in the technology space, with basically one demographic participating.  Think of all of the innovations and progress that we could be making if we were all invited to participate, bringing our whole selves and experiences to move progress forward through technology.  That's our goal - creating a world where the voices of underrepresented groups in technology are celebrated, where TECH-Nique graduates emerge as social leaders and entrepreneurs in the technology field."
